* All other appointments must be paid for at the appointment time.

  • Our Covid vaccination clinics are held on allocated days per week for Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines.

  • All our  Registered Nurses and Doctors are fully trained immunisers, and have completed all mandatory Covid Vaccination Training Program and its ongoing updates as they are released.

  • Clinic appointments are for vaccinations only. You must be fully informed BEFORE your appointment.


  • In order to give informed consent, and for your own safety, it's essential that you familiarise yourself​ with the risks and benefits of vaccination. Please go to the links below for info, and speak to your own GP prior to booking your clinic appointment.





  • Download and print the consent form , fill it out before your appointment, and bring it with you. 


  • ​If you are not a regular client, please discuss Covid vaccination with your own GP beforehand. Bring a patient summary and your completed consent form with you.

  • If you are booking for your second or third Covid injection, and you had your earlier one(s) elsewhere, you will need to bring proof of these with you.

  • For your safety, after vaccination you will be asked to wait in our recovery room for 15 minutes.
