* We offer bulk-billing for children 16 years and under, and a reduced rate for pensioners and Health Care Card holders.
* All other appointments must be paid for at the appointment time.

COVID VACCINATIONS

Our Covid vaccination clinics are held on allocated days per week for Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines.

All our Registered Nurses and Doctors are fully trained immunisers, and have completed all mandatory Covid Vaccination Training Program and its ongoing updates as they are released.

Clinic appointments are for vaccinations only. You must be fully informed BEFORE your appointment.

In order to give informed consent, and for your own safety, it's essential that you familiarise yourself with the risks and benefits of vaccination. Please go to the links below for info, and speak to your own GP prior to booking your clinic appointment.

Download and print the consent form , fill it out before your appointment, and bring it with you.

If you are not a regular client, please discuss Covid vaccination with your own GP beforehand. Bring a patient summary and your completed consent form with you.

If you are booking for your second or third Covid injection, and you had your earlier one(s) elsewhere, you will need to bring proof of these with you.

For your safety, after vaccination you will be asked to wait in our recovery room for 15 minutes.
